1. Plugins Update.

In order to update the plugins included in the theme you need to :

Install the latest version of the theme.

Go to Plugins > deactivate and delete the premium plugins

Go to Appearance > Install Plugins and re-install the plugins.

If you don't want to update the theme but want to update the plugins then download the newest version of the theme from themeforest, open the theme folder includes > plugins and then upload the zip file of the plugins you want to use to your WordPress.

If you still need help with updating the plugins please create a ticket under Thefox category.

2. Theme update

In order to update the theme you have two choices:

Activate auto update click here

Re-upload the new theme click here

if you haven't made any modifications to the main theme file you can update without worrying about loosing content.

3. What To Do If Demo Content Import Fails

If the import stalls and fails to respond after a few minutes, or it fails with a simple error message like “Import failed,” You are suffering from PHP configuration limits that are set too low to complete the process. You should contact your web host and ask them to increase those limits to a minimum as follows:

You can verify your PHP configuration limits by installing a simple plugin found here. And you can also check your PHP error logs to see the exact error being returned.

Also if possible update your PHP version to 7.3 for better performance ( 5.5 at least is required )

After doing this you can reset your database using the WordPress Database Reset Plugin and try to re-import the demo data ( WARNING : Reset the database will make you lost all the data of your current wordpress )

If you still have problem your web host may uses process watching software that prevents bulk processing on their web servers.

4. Theme Activation / License Registration

If you have problem with the theme Registration / Activation :

What To Do If Demo Content Import Fails

If you contact your host support they should be able to do everything for you and then you should be able to register the license!

After this if you still have problem, please re-contact us and give us access to your dashboard and phpadmin.

5. Plugins Licenses

You can ignore all the warning about "update" or "authorize this site".

We will update the theme with the newest plugins version every time we update the theme.

The plugins are only included in the theme, we can't share our licenses to our customers, if you want to activate the auto update of the plugins or get premium support for each plugins you will need to buy a license from themeforest.

6. I can't install theme - Stylesheet is missing

If you have download the full package you need to first extract the file you've downloaded from ThemeForest, the theme is inside of it along with documentation, license, and other files. You need to upload only theme folder to your WordPress. This might be helpfull:
