I am very very disappointed on your support service. There are like no people reply on my inquiries and no updates at all after 48 hours. Why user want to buy your theme in this case? Now I post this in public and see if you guys got reply or not, else I hope new user stop purchasing this theme. Owner of this theme just purely want to earn money and do not want to answer any question when their theme got issues.
My question is I am stuck in import the demo. I have wait for 24 hours, there is no changes. The "import Demo" button there just remain as "please wait".

We logged into your site and installed the phpinfo to be sure the server settings were set correctly, it seems that everything is ok so the problem is probably that your host is running a script preventing "bulk action", this is why the theme is trying to import forever without having anything done.
If you want to test if the problem is from our theme first you can try to switch to the default wordpress theme and try to import the data via the WordPress importer plugin.
Try to contact your host and ask them why you can't import the xml file, if they have a script that block the import they should be able to stop it while you import our demo.
Other customer had this problem with Godaddy or Hostgator.

Glad to hear that you have been able to import the demo!
The images and video are under copyrights so envato don't let us include it in the demo.
They are replaced by placeholder.
For the Slider you see on the top on the page you can still import it if needed.
From Slider Revolution > Import slider.
Then choose the zip file of the slider you want ( the zip files of the slider can be found in thefox_full_package/slider )
