Hello,
I'm having trouble updating TheFox theme with the Envato WordPress Toolkit.
I've noticed that of my websites, the ones that contain TheFox theme files from an Envato Account containing multiple downloads (purchases) of TheFox theme, are not available (screenshot attached).
But, of my websites, the ones that contain TheFox theme files from an Envato Account containing one download (purchase) of TheFox theme, is available and works fine.
Is this pattern due to something recently changed? This issue just started.

What is the version of thefox for the website linked to the account that has multiple license of thefox?

Version 2.043
To break things down further:
I have two Envato accounts containing multiple downloads (purchases) of TheFox, and I've been able to reproduce the issue a second time consistently.
I have three Envato accounts containing one download (purchase) of TheFox, and each works perfect with the Toolkit.

Hello Josh,
I see so it's probably a problem with the envato plugin, we will try to contact the plugin team but it seems they are not updating it.
We will also try to contact the envato staff team.
You can also try to contact the envato team directly, we will also do it but maybe more inquiry may make them move faster.
