I purchased this theme to build an online store and i'm very happy with it so far. Still, I am having issues with displaying the text (especially everything related to the cart and checkout) into french. 99% of my customers don't speak inglish so I need all these important steps to be displayed into french!!! Also, my wordpress is already in french i don't understand why the fox is not taking this into account, maybe i'm doing something wrong, i'm a newbee with wordpress and website building. Please help! I'm due to launch in 2 weeks!

First did you translated the theme?
The easiest way to translate the theme is to use Poedit and to create a po file of your language.
You can find the .po file in the lang folder.
Download the poedit program ( https://poedit.net/ ) and create a new translation, open the en.po file which is in our theme lang folder.
Then select the language you want to use and start to translate,
When you are done translating save the file in the lang folder and upload it to your server.
As i said, wordpress and woocommerce are already in French. It's just some pages (chekout process) that are in english and i as i understand it is because of the fox theme theme. my problem is not woocommerce it is the theme. Under system status it is saying that some pages are outwriting woocomerce pages, and those are the fox pages (check photo). Please send me a tutorial to access the translation files of these links. I don't want to translate the theme i want to translate the checkout pages.

To translate the theme and the woocommerce plugin you need to follow the step we sent you in our previous reply.
If you need to translate the Woocommerce plugin part only to french you can do this following the step in this page

Even if you use other themes, unless they have the .po files ready for French you will have to translate it yourself.
