For the table element, if you need a design like the image that is on your page this is not possible, I mean the column are taking the same size on the table module we are using, also if you want to use a background image this would not be possible, we recommend you to use an additional plugin if you want to achieve this design.

Currently the visual composer doesn't let you add html in the table content.
If you can create the table without the link and send us a link to the page, we will send you the custom code needed to add the link in the table.
