When checking out as a guest or a client, the info capture "State" on mobile does not work therefore the end user can't buy off mobile. I would agree that it is very important we do that!!! lol. What mobile and what browser are you using?
We checked on an iphone 7, safari, chrome but we see the state field correctly.
