1. Since you were using an other theme you will probably need to modify the pages & posts content to remove the shortcode / module of the Grimag theme and use the one that comes with our themes.
It also depends on what type of pages you want to create or what kind of website your are aiming at, what part of our theme ( if you have an example from the demo ) you would like to use?
2. Regarding AdSense this may not be easy, to have it set up in your sidebars or in the single blog posts shouldn't be difficult but if you want ads in the header and footer for example this may require modifications that are not easy to do if you know nothing about coding.

Our support doesn't include 3rd party related or any custom modifications ( we do help for simple modifications though ).
This is probably the same for all themes on themeforest, you can read the support terms here :

How to Update your Theme
Hello guys! I'm finally ready to buy the theme :) Sorry it took so long!
Two last questions:
1. Is the switching of themes easy with The Fox? I couldn't find it in the documentation, only how to set up a new site.
2. Is placing AdSense codes easily done too? E.g. I have a big ad on the top of each page, right next to the logo (you can check travelgeekery.com)
Btw. the current theme I'm using is Grimag from Themeforest.
