1. Where did you use the video, in a row or a slider? Make the video responsive is not easy unless the container ratio doesn't change.

2. It depends of your navigation settings. If you could send us a link to your website we should be able to guide you.

1. If the video are placed in a row then it's almost impossible to get the video to be responsive.

Using a Slider revolution you give you better result but still, having a video always 100% repsonsive is not easy unless you set the container to use the video ratio.

2. For the portfolio, the file you would need to modify is thefox/functions/rd_shortcodes/rd_portfolio.php

Then you would need to modify the portfolio post to have the video link to be used with prettyphoto.

4. Could you try to update the theme ( take a backup first ) to see if it fixes the problem : Theme update

If you have this error then you are probably using an really old version of the theme.

Log in your ftp and go to wp-content/themes/ folder, then take a backup of the thefox folder, then delete it.

Then you should be able to upload the newest version.

What do you mean by "navigation assist"?

Did you succeed to install the newest version of the theme?

If yes, you also need to update the plugins : 

- Go to plugins and deactivate and delete the visual composer.

- Update the theme to the latest version : Theme update ( you can skip this if you are already using the latest version )

- Then go to Appearance > Install plugins to install the plugin new version.
