Yes, it's possible you need to modify the columns responsive options and hide them on tablet, then create a new row with new columns that are hidden on desktop but only visible on tablet :
Go edit your current columns that doesn't show properly on mobile and check this box to make them hidden on mobile
If you have padding settings set to the row that contains the columns even if you hide the columns the row will show, the padding settings should be set to the columns.
