I have an additional space at the bottom in both mobile and tablet view (see attachments). The fullscreen slider should fill all available space and not leave that white line.
The problem is the #tob_bar option that runs fullscreen in the desktop view fine. But not in that mobile and tablet since the tob bar is not visible to those resolutions creating that white space.
it's possible turn off the #tob_bar option only for mobile and tablet view?
The thing you need to do is to use 2 different sliders ( one for desktop, an other for tablet mobile ), the slider revolution unfortunately doesn't update the offset size, you would need to add custom javascript to be able to accomplish this ( this is what the slider revolution support team told us ).

Hello TheFox,
all my sliders are fullscreen. Having the top bar I added the option #top_bar (attachment) as shown in a previous ticket.
This works well on the slider in the desktop view but not in the mobile and tablet where white space is reported.
How can I fix the problem?
Regards,
Veronica
Hello Veronica, sorry for the late reply the ticket notifications were disabled, sometimes happens with ticksy..
I am not sure to understand, what is the problem on mobile, you have additional white space on the top of the page?
Do you need additional space or remove space?

Using two sliders is not a good solution for my needs. How long does it take to get this custom Javascript?
Hello Veronica,
Currently this is the only solution they provide if you have an offset showing / hiding on different screen size or changing size.
They told us that you could do this with custom javascript but they won't give it to us since themeforest support doesn't cover modifications.
