How do I import single pages like it describes on this page?

Hello Yicheng,
You need to make sure you have the latest version of the theme, then from
Appearance > Import Demo Data, you will be able to import single pages.

This is what the demo importer page looks like. I do not see an option for importing single pages?

From Appearance > Import Demo Data
You need to have the latest version of the theme installed.
