    Hello,

    I just downloaded the latest update of the theme and I get this error when installing it:

    Warning: file_exists(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/usr/home/pyp-asociados.com/web/wp-content/themes/TheFox/admin/redux-extensions/extensions/readme.txt/extension_readme.txt.php) is not within the allowed path(s): (/usr/home/pyp-asociados.com/:/home/pyp-asociados.com/:/usr/home/services/:/usr/share/php54/) in /usr/home/pyp-asociados.com/web/wp-content/themes/TheFox/admin/redux-framework/inc/class.redux_api.php on line 551 

    How can I solve that?

    Hello Meritxell,

    This is a problem with your permission folder.

    Try to contact your host and ask theme about this error.

    Then if you still have problem, go to your ftp.

    wp-content/themes folder and copy "thefox" folder to your computer ( this is for backup ).

    Then delete the folder and try to install the newest version from wordpress admin panel or from your ftp :

    - Go to plugins and deactivate and delete the visual composer.

    - Update the theme to the latest version : Theme update

    - Then go to Appearance > Install plugins to install the plugin new version.

    Ok, I got it sorted out. I activated the child theme and it works correctly.
