You can do this using the default theme options.

First go to the page you want to use a transparent header and set the header to transparent : http://thefoxwp.com/wp-content/themes/TheFox/includes/documentation/thefox_documentation.html#create-page-transheader

Then from Thefox > Header styling

Then change : Transparent Header Background Color*

Make sure to change alpha to "0" and click "Choose"

Then save the settings.

This should do the trick, you can also change the transparent border color.
