The best thing to do is to create different row with different content for the part that doesn't work well on mobile :

Go edit your current columns that doesn't show properly on mobile and check this box to make them hidden on mobile

Then create new columns using the content specialized for the mobile and change the columns design options like this :

If you have padding settings set to the row that contains the columns even if you hide the columns the row will show, the padding settings should be set to the columns and not to the row.

Doing it this way you should be able to hide content that doesn't show correctly on mobile and have it replaced with the one that use the right settings for mobile.
