but how can I delete a page ? I have a blog page that dont exist in my dashboard's PAGES menu, but appears as landing page on http://artofsophia.com (my site), despite I did not anything for this. I ve made only my own pages in progress in my dashboard pages menu as said. .. I dont know even how this page was installed and appears there as dont exist in my dashboard menu.

Where we can download your pages demos in general?
I am interesting to get this one first named "one page" : http://thefoxwp.com/one-page-01/ . Its in your menu DEMO /One page ..

If you only want to download 1 page, then you can do it from
Appearance > Import demo data > then click Import singles.
Or you can import the classic demo which contains the one page page from Thefox > demo importer
