Thanks. This could work for now while we don't have a lot of entries. We're using Staff Members differently so there's a need to prioritize particular IDs.
You can use all the default order option that wordpress propose when using the module, if you want a custom order option you may need to install a custom plugin or to make modifications to the theme files.

The only way to re-order the staff currently is to change the date you published the Staff posts.
The newest posts will show first.
Go edit the post and edit the publish time.
