On http://184.154.244.166/, you'll see a purple top bar with phone number and top bar navigation when viewed on a desktop. But when you shrink the browser window down to a size that uses the mobile slide out menu, the top bar disappears.
I'd like to either still show the top bar or move its contents to the slide out menu. See screenshots.
What you need to do to achieve this is modify the footer.php ( where the slide out menu is ) and put the content of the header.php ( top bar part ) in it, you would still need to add custom css to adapt the design.
