UPDATE: we have just made some changes in Cloudflare CDN settings that have improved the site performance but it is still showing page loading issues related to the theme files?
if you check the waterfall, the elegant.css or loader.gif for example, 4kb and 1.5kb takes 3 sec to load.
When resource like the google fonts load really fast, if you are using the host and plugin cache you may have some conflict, you should try to disable one of the cache.
Also what are server settings?
Make sure you are using the recommended settings you can find in this article :
Your page is 5mb so it is a big page and will take a little time to load but shouldn't take 11sec, even our 13mb page that use the theme load in less than 6 sec

Hi if you go to https://search.google.com/test/mobile-friendly and run the test for the website and also the GT Metrix results https://gtmetrix.com/reports/www.automatrix.uk.com/ozifCM6g they theme loading seems to have some issue affecting performance? We are testing this on a 100mb dedicated circuit and the site is on a 1gb bandwidth circuit at our datacentre.

Some thing you can do right now to easily boost the loading speed.
First use Gzip compression, this is the huge thing to do.
Then add a cache plugin, I think this would help a lot.
