Can you help me to reach this results? Do you have a tutorial? some PDF? I don't understant if I have to use a row into the page? or a banner feature?
The strange thing is that I tryed to change a lot of times the color of the main menu background But look like the controll pannel doesnt work very well

Also if the theme settings are not working correctly on the pages it is maybe because the pages are pages you imported :
The pages you imported are using custom settings, what you need to do is go edit the page that has problem.
Then when you are editing the page, scroll down until you see the "Page options" panel.

There you will find the same option you have on the Cesis theme panel.
Turn off the "Use custom settings" from the general settings, header, main content tabs, this should fix the problem
