Hello,
I have 4 pages where I want to hide the featured image from the top part near title area, but I still need for display the pages in a grid somewhere else-
Is it possible?

Hello Erica,
Try this code "Cesis > General settings " :
.page-thumb { display:none; }
This should do the trick!
