Cesis theme:

I recently purchased the theme and and trying to build the site for client. The changes that I make from within the options panel for the header don't update on the individual pages themselves. I have double checked at the bottom of each page that there are no custom options turned on for the header. When I select a Header preset the change doesn't happen on individual pages and when I go into the actual settings themselves and change the color or text size or text type, it also does not update.

The only thing that does work is when I go on the page itself and use custom settings at the bottom. That is huge headache to do to every page so that they are the same.

As you can see in the attachments, the background color should be a very dark blue and when you look at the contact page 2, it is a lighter blue background

The color presets are also missing.

No custom plug-ins. Other than with commerce. I did try just now to view the website and on Firefox instead of Google Chrome which is what I've been using. It looks correct to me there. 

Maybe it is a caching issue with Google Chrome. I'll try to find out how to clear the cache. You mentioned clearing the cache on the server. How would I go about doing that? Would that be the same as using Autoptimize plugin?

I cleared my browser cache and it seems to have fixed my problem. I am still seeing the color preset issue from within the options panel. There are no color options there. Image attached
