The page you imported use custom settings :

The pages you imported are using custom settings, what you need to do is go edit the page that has problem.

Then when you are editing the page, scroll down until you see the "Page options" panel.

There you will find the same option you have on the Cesis theme panel.

Turn off the "Use custom settings" from the general settings, header, main content tabs, this should fix the problem.

Turn off the custom options for the footer and pre-footer settings.

Then to set the widget go to Appearance > Widgets

For the footer settings go to Cesis > Footer settings
