Also if you are using any duplicate plugin, then make sure it is not one that screw up the database, this could create problem with the page single options.
Try to do this, go edit the page that has problem activate the custom settings for the sub-footer area, update the page, then deactivate the custom settings, update the page again.
To update the database data and see if that fix the problem.
- Switch to an other theme, delete Cesis theme and clear the server and browser cache.
- Install the latest version of Cesis.
- Try again.
I think the duplicate plugin screwed up the database and now you have pages that share the same ID for their custom field data and the theme doesn't know where to look on how to set up the footer.
If you start a fresh installation of WordPress the problem will be fixed 100%, also if we could get access to the dashboard we might be able to find a solution.
What you should do if it is not, is create a xml file and when you go online import it to generate your theme content, I think that should fix the database problem.
About the plugin we found out later that it was creating database issues.
Do not hesitate to contact us if you have more questions.
From the Wordpress dashboard, Tools > Export, to export all the data of your site, then you can import it in the live site to import the page and posts, I think when you do the import the page and posts ids problem should be fixed.

Thanks for replying, I just verified and php settings are met.
I did the custom setting > update, no custom setting update and still not working.
ALL pages have the same problem
I did use one duplicate plugin in fact: https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicate-page/
What can I do?
I've noticed background color and height work when editing custom settings on page. The problem is the content not showing at all.

How to Update your Theme
Wow, big problem there guys.
1) Tried deleting Cesis and reuploading and didn't work.
2) Tried cleaning up databases with https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-optimize/ and still not working.
I've used Duplicate Page plugin because an user suggested it and you guys backed him (https://tranmautritam.ticksy.com/ticket/1622307/)
It's gonna be hours lost in rebuilding the site =(
I just noticed that setting permalinks to Simple (/?p=123) fixes the problem.
When switching back to Post name it stops showing the content again.
Hello Pong,
Is your theme online?
What you should do if it is not, is create a xml file and when you go online import it to generate your theme content, I think that should fix the database problem.
