    1. blocked features in the dashboard

I have a website with pages, posts, plugins (ultimate member, visual composer, user submitted posts, post grid pro, and some small ones).  I deactivated the Ultimate member before activating the theme. Hosting on godaddy, shared hosting, deluxe plan, windows, Plesk Odin, php memory increased to 256, but it shows as it is half of it:

    Usage: Mem 38.58 of 256M (30%) on PHP 5.6.33

    PHP Version: 5.6.33
    MySQL Version: 5.5.43
    Webserver Info: Microsoft-IIS/8.5

    -- PHP Configuration

    Memory Limit: 256M
    Upload Max Size: 10M
    Post Max Size: 8M
    Upload Max Filesize: 10M
    Time Limit: 60
    Max Input Vars: 1000
    Display Errors: N/A

I installed the theme Cesis, and the two required plugins. Then I decided to install the modern business demo. I started working on a home page and found out that the wordpress customize panel is not responsive any more. Customize, widgets, sidebars, and background don't work any more (error 500).

I went to deactivate demo, it did not work. I deactivated the theme by activating a simple theme Edin. Could not customize it because it did not work, it just opens a new page with error 500. Went to Plesk, to the file manager and deleted the Cesis theme. On the website there were still data left from the Cesis theme. Deleted them and the menu left from the theme. Still the appearance panel is blocked, by clicking on "'customize" only result is a 500 error page.

Went back to the file manage, extracted files from the zip file, and activated cesis, no change-the customizer is blocked. The ultimate member plugin is deactivated. The business demo still shows as active, although there are just some traces left.

Hello Zinka, thanks for purchasing Cesis!

    1. Please check our recommended settings

What To Do If Demo Content Import Fails

Contact  your host support if you need help changing those settings, this should fix the problem.

    2. You can change this easily from Cesis > Footers settings > Footer Sub area or if you are using a custom page from our demo you may want to check the page custom settings to make sure there is not settings overwriting the theme panel settings :

The pages you imported are using custom settings, what you need to do is go edit the page that has problem.

Then when you are editing the page, scroll down until you see the "Page options" panel.

    https://drive.google.com/open?id=1PpZ6XTo-NQVXEnKdP6dQflZqqeU5jWZr

There you will find the same option you have on the Cesis theme panel.

Turn off the "Use custom settings" from the general settings, header, main content tabs, this should fix the problem

Do not hesitate to contact us if you have more questions.

    Have a nice day!

    Regards.
