I try to explain.
Before I use the fox and I assign to products the most detailed category (example Central Post Parasols)
after I set up all the categories with subcategories. So I have for example the category parasols-and-sun-umbrellas and inside 2 subcategory central-post-parasols and side-post-parasols.
before, with TheFox, if I assign the sub-category central-post-parasols I can see the items also in the higher category more general parasols-and-sun-umbrellas and I can see the page also if there are 0 products in it.
Now, if I've understood well, the page is like 'not exist because there is nothing to show. Can be this the problem?
In Italian, the links work, it only doesn't work when using the English version.
Could you please check the WPML settings, also try to contact their staff, I think it is something related to the WPML settings and not the theme itself.

I set the product category to be 'tipologia' or 'type'
everything was working fine, and I have for example the page
http://181.224.157.10/~unitradi/en/type/floorings-and-tiles/
that was working and today I've generated the xml sitemap and this page was inserted in the sitemap from the plugin as well.
now, if I click on this url, it tells that the page do not exist, I cannot understand why.
The slug of the page is correct, i've checked in the taxanomy trnslationa nad also the custom product category is set to type.
What else should I look?
If I go in a product's page with that category, for example this: http://181.224.157.10/~unitradi/en/product/teak-garden-tile-tiles/
I can see the url of the category is correct, but if I click on it...

type is a wordpress reserved term and was giving a conflict!
