I have a strange problem.

I transfer the site from production:

to live:

and in the live one, all the links in this page:

http://www.ilgiardinodilegno.it/portfolio_category/realizzazioni/

are pointing to single portfolio pages.

I've set the url to realizzazioni and saved the setting/permalink.

all the link show up correctly, for example:

http://www.ilgiardinodilegno.it/realizzazioni/nobu-hotel-ibiza-bay/

but after something like 5 minute from the permalink saving, if I click on the link, he redirect to http://www.ilgiardinodilegno.it/project/nobu-hotel-ibiza-bay/

with project instead of realizzazioni, and the page show a 404 error.

I've already deactivated the 301 plugin, and checked the htaccess file.

How can I solve this? I'm unable to find out why it redirects to a page that is not existing. there are no such setting for what i know. Only place is where it show project, was in Cesis portfolio settings, but it is already replaced with realizzazioni and the permalink saved.

Also is it very strange that if I save again the permalinks, the links open correctly for 5/10 minutes. After that there is again the redirection to 404 projects pages...

agree it is soo strange...

even befause for a few minutes it is working correctly!

I have no plugin related with cache or security. 

also it is strange, even when the url are working and page are visible under 'realizzazioni', if I search for a portfolio, the link is to 'project'

just to update you on this matter... the server guys suggested to replace .htaccess with a brend new one and after that to clear all application cache as sometimes those unwanted redirects can be saved to the application. 

Now it is working!
