You need to adjust the space between the text and bottom or to adjust the space between the image of the 3rd column and the heading or top of the box.

There is no way to link the boxes between each other to use the same height property.

Depending the content of the box the height will differ.

If you want, edit the 3 box module and change the "extra class" field and put this :

mycustombox

Then go to Cesis > General settings and add this custom css :

.mycustombox { min-height:300px; }

Change the 300px to the height of the tallest icon box.
