The pages you imported are using custom settings, what you need to do is go edit the page that has problem.

Then when you are editing the page, scroll down until you see the "Page options" panel.

There you will find the same option you have on the Cesis theme panel.

Turn off the "Use custom settings" from the general settings, header, main content tabs, this should fix the problem

For the footer logo it depends, if the footer is created with "Content block" then you simply need to go edit the content block and change the image module.

If you use widget ( "Appearance > Widgets", this is where you manage the default footer content ) then you need to edit the text module and change the image source / url.

If it is in the footer bottom part, then from Cesis > Footer settings > Footer sub area, then you can edit the image url from the "text 1, 2 or 3" field that the theme use.
