Hy Cesis working with your team I was asked to loop over the portfolio (That im using it as a service post type) but the person wanted that if that service didn't have any content inside the item it gets to be showed in the loop but without and hyperlink to open an empty page.
I edited your cesis_vc_shortcode (cesis_portfolio.php) to remove the link when the content is empty it worked a charm, that could be an upgrade for the future.

We will send this to our devs but the problem is that user used custom link for the post it won't work so they might need to edit it.
