Make sure you are using the latest version of the theme 1.2.6 and then please try to disable all the custom plugins you are using, then clear cache of the browser and server.
If you still have problem after updating the theme and disabling all the plugins, please re-contact us.

I always make sure I disable all plugins to fix any problems before I reach out to you guys. All other accordions are working fine, this one as well, was working just fine. After the update, this one stopped working.
