How do you tell what version of the Theme you are on? I have a link appear that says "Update available for this theme" ... When I click it to update the theme, it tells me update package failed. I tried in both the Appearance>Themes area and via the Envato Marketplace plugin. I've attached screen grabs of each.
If you click on the theme image ( Appearance > Themes ), a window will open with the theme information.
Maybe your server don't allow upload from Envato server. If you can contact your host they should be able to tell you more about this.
What you can do is activate an other theme and delete the current version you are using, then download the latest version from themeforest and install it.
Then go to Appearance > Install plugins to update the plugins.
