When I set a featured image, it appears on the top of a post, unless, under post options, I select "No" for "Show Slider / Video / Audio on the top of the post?".
However, if I do that, when I create a list of blog post excerpts (as on the front page), the feature image isn't grabbed. Is there a way to have my cake and eat it too? May I choose no to "Show Slider / Video / Audio on the top of the post?" and still have the feature image show for an excerpt?
For reference, on my front page, the third item, "Savoury chicken cakes with saffron almond sauce", has a featured image, but has "No" for "Show Slider / Video / Audio on the top of the post?".

Thank you for your help.
Hello Sean,
Try to add this custom css ( thefox > styling options ) :
.post .post-attachement { display: none; }
That should do the trick
