Blogモジュールを使ってカルーセルに設定すればできます
最初のRowかContent Blockでスライダーを作って、2番目のRowにBlogモジュールを使ってRowの設定からz− indexを高く設定してからColumnのMarginをマイナス設定すれば同じようなレイアウトができるはずです！
