I habe uploaded Agency template with Single Page Uploader and I have set "Agency Home" as start page. I cannot customize the first page - whereas if I scroll down I have access to all the other elements and I can customize them with no problem. How do I get access to the first page (see attachment/screenshot)? How can I customize the background picture and the text?

Also :
The pages you imported may be using custom settings and ignore the theme panel settings, what you need to do is go edit the page that has problem.
Then when you are editing the page, scroll down until you see the "Page options" panel.

There you will find the same option you have on the Cesis theme panel.
Turn off the "Use custom settings" from the general settings, header, main content tabs, this should fix the problem
