I am setting up my site so that each page does not have to use custom settings. I would like for the general Cesis settings to control all of my pages. 

Although the page settings have an additional setting that is not in the general settings that is causing me to have to use the custom settings for my pages. 

I would like to have a transparent header. The page settings have a setting called Use Transparent Header. I have this setting set to Yes. 

I want to disable my custom settings on the page and use the general settings. However, the same Use Transparent Header setting is not in the general settings. Therefore, I am unable to get my header to be transparent.
