I started to get a strange error when working in WPBakery Page Builder. When I try to edit any existing elements on any page, I just get this in the dialog window:
It also happens with some (not all) elements when I try to add them, both on an existing and a new page. Everything else works fine and I couldn't find anyone else having this issue.
Unfortunately I don't know when this started happening as I haven't edited the pages in quite some time and only worked with WooCommerce.
It is probably an issue with your current web hosting.
Contact your web hosting and ask them about ajax.
they probably block ajax call, to avoid getting their server to get to heavy.
This can happen due to a permission/security setting that is in place. Check in with your hosting provider and ask them to check the servers ModSecurity rules for admin ajax and ensure it has permissions to write.
Some web hosting we recommend where you wouldn't get any of these issue.
Also if they say that everything is fine on their server, then please try to disable all custom plugins you are using and see if you still have the issue.
But it is probably related to your web hosting.
Do not hesitate to contact us if you have more questions.
