One follow up with this:
The button shows up perfect in the main nav, but does not show in the Mobile version. Do I need to build a separate "Mobile Nav" that has a "Custom Link" added in to replicate the new button?
Is it possible to highlight a single button of my main navigation and add a rounded border?
Similar to the attached screenshots? (Request Maintenance) and your (Submit a Ticket)

If you are Cesis, you can add a button to the menu ( Cesis > Header settings > Main area ).
If you need customization behind the button the theme can create I am sorry but please contact

I think we also added the button option for mobile under Cesis > Header settings > Mobile.
