Hello, I don't understand why there are 2 checkbox to submit to the newsletter in the registration form. The upper one is the one I set up with the plugin MC4WP, so it's OK. But the lower one looks native to the theme and I can't find how to change/delete it. Note: the lower one only appears when user is not registered, so when choosing "checkout as guest"

It is hard to tell since we don't know the plugin you are using.
Also we see that both checkbox are different ( different classes ) and are from the mailchimp from wordpress plugin.
You might want to contact the plugin author.
They should be able to give you more information.
