I've just installed The Fox and I'm in the process of setting my site using Business 02. A couple of questions...
I see most of the images are missing - is this normal/copyright issue?
In Slider Rev, when I click a slide to edit, I get:
Slider Revolution encountered the following error: slide - Error: View /home/mercury/public_html/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/revslider/admin/views/builder.php not exists!
So I look in folder and sure enough, builder.php isn't there. I re-upload the file and no sooner than I see it, it disappears! I've no idea what's going on there.
Regarding the image, they are replaced because of copyrights, though the issue you are having with the slider revolution is not normal.
Where are you hosted?
It seems to be a permissions issue on your server, make sure that the folder permissions are set correctly and that the server settings are set to the one we recommend in this article :
Hi, Just to update. I've checked the permissions for the plugin and files - all as they should be. Perhaps you can gzip me a copy of the plugin in case the one I have is somehow corrupt?
We downloaded the theme we have published on themeforest, make sure to download the latest version and then check the thefox/includes/plugins and then you should found the revslider.zip
Try to reinstall using the zip file.
But I think the issue is your hosting since you are the only one of our customers having issue.
Ok, I have re-installed the .zip file and all is well. In case it helps anyone else, if you have issues after FTP'ing this plugin, try installing the .zip file instead.
