Upgrading to Wordpress 5.5 has caused menu dropdowns to not function, and portfolio/posts to not show up. Happening with all my CESIS installations (5)
It looks like anything with Animation or fading effects are affected as well.
Please fix ASAP as my sites can't be reverted back to WP 5.4.2!!!!
I have the same issue but with The Fox - has also broken my visual composer. Site is fine when swapping to a different theme therefore issue is with The Fox.
If you still have issue after this please try to disable the custom plugins you are using and create a private ticket and give us access to your dashboard.

For Thefox, please just update the theme from today update and clear the server and browser cache.
For Cesis, an update should be ready in 1 hour or so.
Make sure to disable your plugins, update the theme and plugins, then clear both local and server side cache.

If you have issue with the Envato market plugin :
- Switch to another theme
- Delete Cesis / Thefox
- Download the latest version of our theme from themeforest.
- Install the new version by uploading the theme zip file.
Then clear the cache :

The frontend editor does not load, while the backend editor looks like this:

It is probably related to one of the custom plugins you are using, our theme has been updated and is compatible with 5.5
Try to install this plugin :
