I have looked at your two Wordpress themes, TheFox and Cesis, and I can't really see the differences between the two.
My question is, would you please explain the differences between the two, and also tell me why a person would buy one versus the other? I want to make sure I buy the correct one.

You want to buy Cesis, we have more options, it loads faster and we have included features we couldn't in Thefox.
You should be able to reproduce any design from Thefox theme too using Cesis.
