im wondering how to achieve two things with the staff module
1. change load more button from "load more" to "meet the team"
2. one of two of these options A. have the staff "load more" button all by itself with no images previous loaded. then press the load more and 4 appear. so you start with 0 shown but the button is shown.
B. have only 3 column images shown then you press the "load more" and 4 appear, everytime you click load more 4 appear. but you start with 3.
Id prefer A but whatever i can do to make either possible. THANK YOU!!!!

The easiest way to translate the theme is to use Poedit and to create a po file of your language.
You can find the .po file in the lang folder.
Download the poedit program ( https://poedit.net/ ) and create a new translation, open the en.po file which is in our theme lang folder.
Then select the language you want to use and start to translate, When you are done translating save the file in the lang folder and upload it to your server.

Or to copy the module to the child theme and change text directly.
