When I try to install LayerSlider WP i get the following:

Downloading installation package from http://localhost:8000/wp-content/themes/cesis/includes/tgm/plugins/layerslider.zip…

Download failed. cURL error 7: Failed to connect to localhost port 8000: Connection refused

Plugin not activated. A higher version of LayerSlider WP is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin.

Hello Ahmed,
We recommend the use of the Slider revolution rather than the Layerslider.
If you still wish to use the layerslider, go to cesis > include > tmg > plugins
There you can find all the zip file you can directly upload from Plugins > Add new > upload plugin.
