Also is there any steps or instructions on how to customize LearnPress Pages, it seems all Cesis options do not affect the default Courses/Lessons pages.

Currently our team is working on switching to a better page builder before adding new demos.
Unfortunately, it is not possible without modifying their template files, using a child theme.
Learnpress is not easy to modify if you know nothing about php / html.
