How can I change the font in Arabic Language?
Also there seems to be some elements are not will placed on the Arabic version images wise, any ideas why?
You could load a custom fonts if there is no google fonts that support Arabic language.
Can you show us exactly which elements are not working correctly?
If you can add screenshots it would be nice.

Regarding the font there is actually a google font that we need to use for Arabic, "Cairo" font! when you say load it you mean change Site main font under Typography in Cesis options? if not then please clarify as far as I know if I did this then it will affect the English too, which we don't want to change.

This is strange, can you please give us the link where we can found the elements that show up with some errors? Also some button being on the left side and not right side, or heading title on the left and not right, those elements are probably created with the page builder, go edit the page and change the alignment setting.
For the typography, yes, this will change for the english version as well.If you want to use a different font for the Arabic version you will probably need to add custom css.We will ask our devs how it can be done.
Frankly speaking I have just deleted the elements with wrong alignments and rebuild them.
Regarding the RTL link here is an example استفسار عام – Ibtikar Edu Tech Solutions as you can see nothing flips direction not even the header (Menu & Logo)
Did you selected the logo to be on the right and menu on the left from the theme options?
Since you have option to select the menu position from the theme options we didn't add custom RTL css.Go edit the theme options and choose to put the menu on left and logo on the right side.
Let us know if that works.
But if I did that then it will be always on the right, even if the user switched to to the language to LTR English
What plugin are you using for the multilanguage?
For each page you can edit the page options and change the header etc depending on the page
Then when you are editing the page, scroll down until you see the "Page options" panel.
There you will find the same option you have on the Cesis theme panel.
You can select to use custom settings for the header.
Do not hesitate to contact us if you have more questions.
Have a nice day!
