A year ago I bought the Cesis theme for Wordpress and thanks to the Sucuri Security plugin and to the Malwarebytes program I have seen that the Cesis theme has malware.
I have checked the plugins and they don´t give me any errors. To check that malware is not in the Cesis theme, I have loaded another theme available in Wordpress but when I did so I have seen that the malware message disappears, so I suspect that the problem is in the theme. I think the malware is inside. What can I do? Is there a solution before buy another template and remake the web again? This problem has affected other?

If you are using a legit version of the theme, then you won't have any malware in it.
We can't even upload a theme on the themeforest / envato marketplace if there is such thing in the theme.
What version of the theme are you using.
