Hello Anton,
Do you still have access to your subdomain, if you can access the theme options there you can copy them from : Thefox > Options > Import / Export.
Click the "Copy data" from the "Export option"
Then on your main site, go to Thefox > Options > Import / Export.
Then from the "Import option" choose "import from file" and paste the text you copied form the subdomain, then click "Import"
This should do the trick, if you don't have access to the subdomain we will tell you where to look in the database.
