I'm looking for a way to order a staff member feed alphabetically by last name. When using the element called "Staff" there is a way to order by "title", but that orders it by first name (since the staff page titles start with that). Is there any way I can modify this to order by last name?

As a workaround, I've been trying to accomplish this using the "Post Grid" element, which gives the option of ordering by "Meta Value" - I created a new custom field for this value and titled it "Last Name". So when I add a new staff member I also fill in this field with the last name - and the ordering DOES work correctly. However, the problem with Post Grid is that the display options are very limited compared to the Staff element - for example the Staff element allows you to select the "text source" so that the styles aren't broken in the preview, Post Grid doesn't allow this. In the URL I've provided you can see both samples to see what I mean (the top feed is the Staff one - and that has the visual look I want to keep). 

So ultimately I'm hoping for a way to either:

Add an option to sort by "Meta Value" to the Staff element, OR

Find a way to customize the Post Grid so that the text source can be like the Staff feed.
