    can you please don't close the ticket until I resolve this issue. You told me that I needed to update my theme, but you didn't tell me what I needed to update it through. I thought that when I purchased it, it would have automatically updated. I have the info market automatic update, but apparently it's not working correctly. can you show me where to go to download the most recent update because downloaded it on your page and the WordPress support stating it's not accurate. So how do I get the most updated or do I need to buy the theme again?

    Hello Kevin,

    We checked your site and it seems that you are using the latest version of the theme now.

    If you are using the latest version of the theme you should be able to enable the auto-update using the Envato Market plugin : https://wpbuilders.co/how-to-update-themeforest-themes-with-envato-market-plugin/

    Now with the version you are using, if you set up the Envato market plugin correctly you should be noticed when there is a new version of the theme available.

    My apologies for posting here but didn't know where to post for help/

     I am having issues with theme.

    (1) WP bakery has started to behave odd. It is going to default WP blocks rather than staying in WPbakery layout for the pages created in the past asking for conversion to WP blocks. Many times posts are not able to be saved; it is giving  JSON error.

    (2). The option to add custom Sidebar is only visible on some pages but not others. The  option where you select which sidebar is used for a particular post, is not visible on all pages. Even if the option is visible, after selecting, it still shows the defult sidebar, not the selected custom bar.

    (3). Manage with Live Preview under Appearance > Widget is not working. You can't click on anything. It used to be fine.

    (4). It seems theme is stuck so have started giving 429 errors multiple times. Never happened before.

    My WP version is latest 6.7.1 and The Fox is latest 3.0.72 version

    Hello Parmjit, sorry for the late reply.

    Did you update anything lately?

    Did you tried to disable any custom plugins you are using and then clear the cache?

    Then clear the cache :

    If you still have issues after doing this, please give us access to your dashboard ( after disabling the custom plugins you are using ).
