Dear,

our website that is build by somone else is build in wordpress using diff plugins, the major ones are WPBAKERY, the fox with the fox_child_theme, layerslider and so on. now we had to update the plugins and reinstall or activate. now for the theme we had no update , and now we have issue the theme makes a conflict with wp bakery, cause i cant change anything anymore on the website, cant add or remove stuff. even when i disable the theme and all other plgins it wont do anything. our host found some issues "

now my question is the following, i have no idea what to do anymore?

it is a payed version( i think it was a package deal with theme + bakery togheter)

how do i update the theme without loosing anything on the website?

can you please look at the website and verify this

can you please give some info about update or some sort that we can fix this issue
